H1-BGuy Posted January 30, 2019 Report Share Posted January 30, 2019 If you have a valid I-797 and visa from same employer you can travel, Upon your return, I-94's expiry will be based on your old I-797 which you carry. Also carry required documents like Amendment's receipt notice (Original) and a letter from employer. Link to comment
