suseela81 Posted June 3, 2011 Report Share Posted June 3, 2011 Hi, I am on H4 visa. My visa was expired sep 2010. Now my attorney was applying extension to my husband H1 and my H4. I submitted medical certificate for my illness. Now he was asking letter from me with start and end date of illness. I want some format to write a letter to USCIS. Could you please help me ?
