EB1 on H1B (Role)

Hi, I was doing manager role in India with Employer A. (I hold active PMP credits currently). 

I came to USA with same employer A on H1B but with role as "Web Developer" as per LCA. I am currently assigned a project where i play an architect role along with managerial activities with a team reporting to me. 

(1) Am i eligible for EB1 on H1?

(2) if yes, should i change my Role of H1 petition to something related to manager and then proceed?  will that work? If so, what role? 

I request your wise advice here. I am working on my extension documents now and if any of the above options work, i can change my role and submit to get eligible for EB1. Appreciate your help here with options i can try!
