HARORA123 Posted December 14, 2018 Report Share Posted December 14, 2018 Hi, I have 6 years of work experience in the IT sector ( 3 years post my MS in the US). I got a denial notice yesterday with reasons being provided as issues with Employer-Employee Relationship & specialty nature of the occupation. Want to know if convincing my employer to file an MTR would be a good idea? If not, what recourse is advisable? Also, how many more days can I stay back in the US in case my employer accepts the decision? Link to comment
