STEM OPT Extension RFE

Hello, 

I recently received an RFE for my STEM OPT Extension stating that the E-Verify number and company name do not match.

I have asked my employer and he has given me an document stating the name of company and E-verify number. The E-verify number and company number are same as to what i filled out in my I-765 application form initially.  I have also gone and verified the company name and E-verify number on the USCIS website but when i type my company name nothing shows up. 

What do i do ??? Need help & advice ASAP. Do you think my employer is giving me wrong information ??? When I ask my employer he says the USCIS website is not updated often and sometimes company names don't show up. 

Should I trust him and send the response ??? what other options do i have at this moment ??? Any advice please.

Did you check your company name and E-verify number on the E-verify.gov website?  If the information matches, then take a print out with URL and send with the RFE response.
