Yuva
Hello, I am looking for info on AAO processing times for Appeals on I-140(EB2) cases. As per this USCIS link, it's currently around 25 months.. Does anybody whose appeal is pending see any trend matching this timeline of 25 months? http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=8ff31eeaf28e6210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=dfe316685e1e6210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD My I140(EB2) was initially filed with NSC in April 2006 and got denied by NSC in April 2008 due to educational qualification. We filed an MTR/appeal in May 2008, which got adjudicated by AAO in Sep 2010, upholding NSC decision. Since i didn't have any backup option (another GC), we filed another MTR/appeal(I-290B) to the AAO decision in OCt2010 and the case was transfered from NSC to AAO and currently pending at AAO. To plan next steps, i wanted to know how much time does AAO take currently to get back with a decision? Is the above timeline 24 months a sure trend? thanks Link to comment
coolest
I am also in the same boat. I-140 denied due to educational qualification on Sep 2008 and we appeal on Dec 2008. Still nothing... Link to comment
