AAO Timeline for I-140 denial appeal/MTR

Hello,

I am looking for info on AAO processing times for Appeals on I-140(EB2) cases. As per this USCIS link, it's currently around 25 months.. Does anybody whose appeal is pending see any trend matching this timeline of 25 months?

My I140(EB2) was initially filed with NSC in April 2006 and got denied by NSC in April 2008 due to educational qualification. We filed an MTR/appeal in May 2008, which got adjudicated by AAO in Sep 2010, upholding NSC decision. Since i didn't have any backup option (another GC), we filed another MTR/appeal(I-290B) to the AAO decision in OCt2010 and the case was transfered from NSC to AAO and currently pending at AAO.

To plan next steps, i wanted to know how much time does AAO take currently to get back with a decision? Is the above timeline 24 months a sure trend?

I am also in the same boat. I-140 denied due to educational qualification on Sep 2008 and we appeal on Dec 2008. Still nothing...
