Need RFE Response Advice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received RFE recently for which following items listed below have been queried, I am not sure how to go about and prepare a good response without risking further RFEs or denial. Can you please share your valuable advice. Would really appreciate your help.

Employer-Employee Relationship,

Right to control,

Specialty occupation,

Degree is normally Minimum Requirement,

Position So Complex or Unique,

Employer Normally Require Degree or its Equivalent, 

Wage Level

Your employer and his lawyer (your employer has a lawyer, do they?) have to handle the RFE. You need to stay out of it.

Your employer responds to any RFE, not you (although there are some cases where you need to be involved, but this is certainly not one.)
