H4 RFE : Resend entire application or not

Hello,

I got an RFE for q19 for H4+EAD extension .

There was a printer error and the check mark got printed very lightly.

They asked for clarity on the question and their Statement was:

"Complete the marked sections on the enclosed copy of your application.if more than one page is returned, please review to ensure all items are correct, then resign your application and return it by the date indicated on the notice"

They sent me a copy of page-3.

But I need to send Page 3 and also page 6 (describing the response in detail).

 I am confused by this statement "if more than one page is returned, please review to ensure all items are correct, then resign your application"

• Where should I re-sign.
• Should I fill out a complete new application  (because I want to send page 3 and page 6)
  • or
• just update the copy of the page-3 they sent and re-sign on the same copy along with the new Page-5 (not sent by them)
