Question on port of entry, visa stamp

Hi

    Currently working for company A where the i94 expired already and extension based on i140 is pending with USCIS. Meantime got fulltime offer and visa is approved thru consular processing for company B. Can i travel to india to get visa stamp for company B and use that to come inside US again and then submit resignation in company A. Is that a problem?
