GC filing for both husband and wife on H1b

Hi,

i want to know whether both husband wife can file green card individually and mention each other names in green card filing ? I m on H1b and filing green card in I-140 form they asked family details so I want to mention my wife’s name in it for green card. Other hand my wife is also filing green card from her company and in her I-140 she is going to mention my name in family details for green card. So we both can file green card and mention each other names in family to get green card ?
