C1/D visa for seafarer

Hello sir,

I am seafarer I need to join ship in USA so I need C1/D visa .I visited to other country for join ship .

I fill DS160 form so asking  "have you traveled to any countries within last 5 years"

I traveled 3 times in Qatar to join ship and Singapore 4 times ,Saudi Arabia 2 times .

1 times join in Spain in 2014 and sign off Luanda ship at anchor we r going by crew boat then pick agent go straight airport. 

So I fill only 1 times in DS160 form it's ok.

E.g

1.Qatar

2.Saudi Arabia

3.spain

4.UAE

6.singapore

5.indonesia 

It is ok or what to do.

You need to mention each country only once.

Fill the ds160 as best, and as honestly, as you can. You are the only person privy to your situation.

I am signed off in Luanda from ships and I did not fill in DS 160 so it is problem for me.

If I understood correctly.. if not mentioning Angola was an honest mistake, shouldn't be an issue. Correct it at time of interview.

Luanda is not a country.
