YahooInc
I graduated in DEC-2015 and my OPT started in 15-FEB-2016. As per OPT rules I joined a consulting firm(XYZ) within 90 days to secure my F1 status and did an E-verifcation on my name through that consulting firm(XYZ) and took a training as an Unpaid intern from MAY-2016 to JUL-2016 and later I got a full-time job in AUG-16 and that employer filed my H1-B visa. Now I got an RFE to submit all paystubs starting from the OPT to today and the employers list. I have all the relevant documents and paystubs staring from AUG-2016 to till date. But my problem is that from MAY-2016 to JUL-2016, I was an unpaid trainee in a consulting firm and I don't have any supporting documents other than e-verify document. How do I best represent for those 3 months as an Unpaid trainee to support my RFE. Please suggest what are my best options to resolve my H1-B RFE. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Provence
Employer attorneys should be dealing with and responding to RFEs, not you. That's what attorneys are paid for, it's their full-time job. Link to comment
