My visa got expired in JULY 11 can I go to Canada for VISA stamping

Hi,

My F1 visa got expired on July 2011. My H1 is approved. Can I go to Canada for my H1B visa stamping.This is my fist time. What if it is rejected.

Please through some light.

If you are Masters from US, you can go to Canada for stamping. Otherwise I am not sure.

If the Visa is rejected then thats it, you have to go back to your country.

Yes, you can go to Canada for stamping and if it is rejected then you have to go back to your home country.

Unless you have approved stamped visa in your passport they won't let you in.
