chakky4ever
Hi, Recently we applied for the premium processing for my H1 extension and got it approved. Planning to go for a visa stamping this month but i do see one issue here, in my "H Classification supplement to Form I-129" we didn't put the correct period of stay, I entered and went out of USA three times but we didn't mention that correctly, also I entered USA on Apr 4, 2006 but here we mentioned it as Dec 2007 what to do? How to correct it since my H1 is already approved? Do i want to re-apply? Thanks in advance. Thanks Link to comment

the2mak
Hi there - I had as similar issue earlier this month. My H1 extension was approved via premium processing. However, the passport # in I-129 application was entered wrong. I spoke to my legal analyst and she took care of this by calling USCIS the same day. Talk to your attorney and have them call USCIS to get this typo taken care. Worst case you might need an amendment. Link to comment
chakky4ever
Do i need to wait to get the amendment done and book the visa date? Or if i have a copy that we have send an amendment to USCIS is that fine for visa stamping? Link to comment
