ag Kumar Posted July 17, 2018 Report Share Posted July 17, 2018 Hi, I am on H1B and my current company has filed extension on which i got RFE on 27 Apr 2018 which has to be responded to USCIS by 22 July 2018. I also got a new job and my visa is transferred to new company, i have to join new company on 6 Aug 2018. I am planning to resign on 22 Jul 2018 with 2 weeks notice period so my end date would be 3 Aug 2018. So, my query here is Can i work with my existing employer till 3 Aug 2018 if i or my company don`t respond to RFE? Link to comment
