SNUSA Posted June 21, 2018 Report Share Posted June 21, 2018 My husband is in a Non profit organization since last 7 yrs as a research Scientist He wants to shift to a for Profit org. where the company will have to process and sponsor his Greencard as well as file a H1B for him is this shift from NON PROFIT to FOR PROFIT possible under the given scenario ?
