kiran8217
Hello everyone, I am puzzled by the letter I got from USCIS field office today. It states that they have found 'evidence is not sufficient to complete adjudication'. No specific reason is given. What could this mean? My lawyers sent all necessary information, including my medical test, to USCIS when they filed my I485. My case was transferred from one office to another office recently - do I assume some documentation was missed internally during this transfer? How do I know what to provide without knowing what is missing. Link to comment
