Can an Indian working in Canada as a Senior Manager got transferred to USA on H1 eligible for EB1?

Hi There,

 

I work as a Senior Manager with a software consulting company that has presence in a lot of countries.  I was in USA for 3 years on H1 before I got transferred to Canada.  I was in Canada for about 1 year 5 months.  Now my projects needs me in USA and would be transferred to USA.  I would be using my H1 rest of the time to go to USA. My question is, if my organization applies for my GC, would I be eligible for EB1 category?

Companies have sent people in L1A status and been able to apply for EB1 for some of them.
