My employer is knowingly violating certain terms of our contractual obligations to each other. They constantly harass me to perform duties that can only be performed if I agree to do so- according to my written agreement. Everyone - from management to CEO - keeps ignoring my objections. Does anyone have a similar experience? In light of such a scenario, can anyone shed light on the legal rights of a full-time employee? Thanks! Link to comment
