ArvinShen Posted April 9, 2018 Report Share Posted April 9, 2018 Hi, As part of my GC processing, my employer has filed my PERM. Currently awaiting response. But my current H1 is maxing out in Sep. So, to avoid disruption at work, I was thinking of going on L2 and thereby get EAD (my spouse is in L1A visa). So, wondering whether going on L2 and thereby getting EAD will have any impact on my GC application & whether I can continue to work on my H1 until I receive my EAD. Any help is appreciated...
