H1B RFE

Hi Guys,

I need suggestion about my H1B Extension RFE (6 years extension). I got my H1B RFE in the month of march-2018 and my employer is going to reply to my RFE by April last week or May first week, and my H1b visa last date is 05/18, RFE response last date is 05/28.  so my question is (1) If my H1B extension is denied due to any reason, will i have chance to have H1B transfer to another employer if my case was in denial stage or should i go only with my current employer to file cap exempt H1b petition.

(2)my client letter says it is on going project, so i heard that i would only get 1 year or less extension if client letter does not mention end date of project. is it true? what is the best option to get 3 years of extension.
