Hi,

Received an RFE for my I-140 & respond date before 4/27/2018.

Attorney's office accidentally missed submitting all the documents to USCIS. Received an update from USCIS that documents are received and they will begin re-start the process.

Attorney will be re-submitting the missing documents in a weeks time.

Will this [missing documents & re-submitting] be an issue for my I-140 processing.
