H1b extension with previous employer I-140

Hi,

I have a question regarding H1b extension with I-140 approval.

1.  I  am currently close to end of 6th year of H1b max time (Aug 2018 is max)
2.  I got my I-140 approved with employer A which was in January 2017.
3.  From November 2017 I am with employer B and I got H1b extension till June 2020. (based on employer A I-140)
4.  Question is if i want H1b extension in 2020 with employer B do I need to have I-140 approved with employer B? 
5.  Since I did not like the employer B wanted to switch to C.  Again the same question will raise.

Not needed, you can get extensions based on A's i-140 until your pd is current.
