typhous Posted March 21, 2018 Report Share Posted March 21, 2018 I wanted to see if anyone got into this situation. My company filed an LCA under Graphic Designer, but I'm not a graphic designer. My role covers only 10% of graphic design skills. I'm an email marketing specialist which I do about 80% of a front-end coding. I doubt the LCA application is correct here. Does anyone know under which LCA category an email marketing specialist role fallback into LCA? Also, will this LCA application cause an issue with the H1-B process? Thanks for the help!
