bangaloreguy78 Posted March 20, 2018 Report Share Posted March 20, 2018 Hi, I submitted concurrent EB1A I140/I485 3 months back using my own personal lawyer (not employee sponsored). I believe we did a mediocre job. Now I am planning to interview with companies and change jobs. Also, I believe I am eligible for newer EB1A criteria now due to events in past 3 months. Can I either - file a new EB1A I140, and link it to the older I485 application ? I read somewhere that interfiling of new I140 to old I485 can be done. - Or, wait for the old I140 RFE, then in the RFE response add more eligibility evidence ?
