H1B Master's cap eligibility

Hi there,

Is an MS (STEM eligible) program from unversities/colleges that are regionally accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) eligible to apply H1B under Master's cap?

I am planning to take admission in Hood College, Maryland which has MSCHE accreditation. However, I want to make sure that after completion of program, H1B application under Master's cap won't be an issue.

Only degrees from accredited, public or non-profit private universities qualify for the H1 Master's quota.

The institution has accreditation, it is a private institution. Their website doesn't clearly say if they are non-profit, so you'd have to check that with them.
