H1B 7th Year Extension

Dear Experts,

Two weeks back my H1B amendment got denied after moving from location A to B. But at the same time, my GC is in progress under EB1C and my I-140 got approved 2 days back. Now my company attorneys will file for my EAD, but it may take another 4 to 5 months to get my EAD.

 

My H1B max out date in on first week of April 2018

 

1. Based on I-140 approval, is it possible to file  7th year extension for the location B, for which amendment got denied 2 weeks back?

2. If yes, based on the H1B 7th year extension receipt notice, is it possible for me to work for the location B or do I need to wait for 7th year extension approval?
