Do I need PERM again with new employer if PERM already exists with old employer (company closed) or Merged?

Hi,

I have PERM and I140 with employer A ( A- filed bankruptcy and which is closed now )  during this process  moved to Company B (received I-140) and for some personal reason moved to company C.  Now the company B merged with company D.

Can my present company 'C' can file directly 485 instead of going to PERM and I140 process by using any of the previous  A and B company PERM and I140?

If I go back to company 'D' - can they file 485 directly since  it is merger process from C to D?

Please let me know. Thanks and I appreciate your response.
