I have visa until Jul 2020, but recently my base initial petition was revoked for misrepresentation. I am worried next time any company applies for my H1B extension or transfer it would not be honored stating that I am not cap-exempt. Would this also apply while I apply for my spouse's H4? Are there chances or within the process that they come behind my current H1B approval and revoked the same in the process of H4 application decision? I know this is a complex situation, and may be requires consultation with attorney, but trying to gather info before I go to attorney. Quote Link to comment
