pratyoosh Posted March 12, 2018 Report Share Posted March 12, 2018 I am leaving my current employer & joining a new one. I have an approved i-797 petition with my new employer. My last day at current employer is Friday while the first day with new employer is Monday. Am i out of status for 2 days in between (weekend) or by the virtue of having an approved petition to join new employer i am considered "in status". Quote Link to comment
