Due to my personal issues i didnt use my Visa and Got expired on 3RD MAR 2018. Now I am looking for new employer to stamp my H1B. Can I get H1B cap exempt with out lottery? Please confirm Is there any validity for my 2016 selected H1B thanks Vijay Link to comment
