Swaathy
Hi, I am on h1b visa and my h1b visa is stamped on my older expired Indian passport. Thus I carry both my old and new passport together when I travel. Last year, December 31st 2017 I entered the States via Minneapolis. When I tried providing my employer my latest I94 I realized that it was tied to my expired passport. I have reached out to the local CBP office (Dallas TX) and left a voicemail but haven't gotten a call back regarding my incorrect I94. It has been 2 weeks since I left the voicemail. I am due to file my I485 since February 2018. My questions are on the following: 1. Should I visit the local CBP office to check on the status? 2. Should I leave another voicemail? Is there any other way to get into touch with the CBP department? 3. Will I have problems if I am travelling internationally? 4. Will I have problems if I travel to the US Virgin islands ? I have a trip coming up in April 2018 . Please advise on how I could proceed with the next steps to get my I94 corrected. Thank you Link to comment
