Which color Ink should be used to sign the H4 EAD (I765) Application form?

Which color Ink should be used to sign the H4 EAD (I765) Application form? 

The Form on the top says Type or Print in Black Ink, However the other forms I signed e.g. I-539 my attorney asked me to use Blue Ink.
