Ram2018
I got a new job and changed my employer a year ago, my H1 transfer got approved too with new employer. Later I came to know that my first H1 got revoked by USCIS not by the employer. But the reason for revoke is unknown because my first employer is no longer in the business. Now I am thinking to apply for H1 in this year's CAP to be on safer side, (Not sure if my first employer did something wrong while they filed my first H1) Could you please advice on this if this is a good idea to file a fresh H1 or not ? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
You can't just apply in the quota because you feel like it. That's not how this works. You would have to be outside the US for a year, and then an employer could file an H1 in the quota. Edited March 10, 2018 by JoeF Quote Link to comment
