My Spouse company applied for an H1B extension/transfer with my H4 extension/transfer. Our visa got expired on Sep 5th, 2017. We are still waiting for H1B extension/transfer. The case is still pending. Our 240 days is going to end in last week of April 2018. Now, for COS from H4 to F1, does 240 applies to me? when the case is still pending with USCIS. Or I can stay in the States until the time my decision is pending? Thank you Quote Link to comment
