H1B Stamping during current stamping status is in 221g

Hi Members and Folks,

   Here is my situation and expecting a advise. Please help me to find better solution.

  I went PA on May'17 and issued by 221g and provided all the necessary documents through email. still now there is no update and the status is same like "Administrative Processing". 

Since my Old petition got expired, my employer has filed the extension and it's got approved now. So my question is in below.

1. Can i eligible to go for a stamping with new approved petition eventhough current stamping status is in 221g ?

2. Can i schedule a Visa appointment date from myself with new approved petition details ?

3. Or should i ask my employer to schedule the PA date. Am working in MNC company, i heard through another friend in my company, my employer doesn't schedule the PA and ask him to wait till the current 221g closed by consulate end. Is this true ?

4. Should we wait till the current 221g closed from consulate end ? 

 

Please advise me. Appreciate your great help on this.

Hey Friends,

        My visa has been approved and issued. Got the passport back with visa stamped. its been 51 days after issued 221g.
