Just wanted to know that is there more chance of getting RFE's these days if the employer applies via premium processing of H-1B these days ? My employer is about to file in April and couple of people told me that in premium cases these days , it's almost certain to receive an RFE , so I was thinking would it better if the case is applied via regular processing .
