H1B Visa transfer: 3rd RFE

Hi Friends,

I have applied for visa transfer with a new employer. Recently received a 3rd RFE. Does anyone has faced similar situation? What would be my best options?

Responding to the RFEs would be one option..

Staying away from that employment would be the smart option though..given that it is just a transfer..

Try to change ASAP, either your employer is not responding well to RFE and holding them to exhaust max period or there is some thing seriously wrong with your current job on which is USCIS is not convincing.
