itsmeshyam.cbz Posted March 6, 2018 Report Share Posted March 6, 2018 Hi, We are eligible for drop box for both H1b and H4. Spouse on H4 is working on H4 EAD. Is it okay to drop our file seperately in two consecutive days. Reason being, in case of any adminstrative processing/delays for H1b , wont want to effect H4 processing time and the job implicaitons.. Another reason is that since kids are not allowed inside, one of us can take care of them during each of our dropping time. Please advice in first place if we can do that since we have our own reasons. Secondly its understandable that either/both of us may get any adminstrative processin/RFE/dealys by doing this.
