Durgesh Posted March 6, 2018 Report Share Posted March 6, 2018 (edited) HI , My H1b is valid only till Aug 20 2018 and I m getting married on May3rd, I am planning to go for extension after returning to US after 10th May. My question is , will my wife get her stamping done for H4 even if I just have 2 months more on my H1B and considering I have not started my extension at the time when she will go for h4 stamping ?
