Multiple H1 filing, One as current employer and other as future employement

 I finish my Master in 2016. And currently working at XYZ as Software Developer.

 

My current status: OPT

 

This is my initial H1 application, I work with end client XYZ through vendor and my employer ABC.

My current payroll  runs from my employer and they are filing H1 this year.

 

And My End Client approached me for Full time opportunity. And I accepted the offer, they said they will file my H1 as future employment as I haven't converted to FT yet.

 

 

Question: Can I apply Multiple H1 with same end client one as current employer and other as future employment.

 

Can you please advice on how to approach this situation.

It may be an issue as both work locations are same, may be I am wrong.
