H1B amendment denied, is H1 transfer possible?

Hello Friend,

Thanks in advance!

I have changed client & location in Aug2017 and employer filed H1B amendment and it got denied after RFE ("Speciality Occupation") on Mar 2018. My stamped visa for previous client & location and I-94 is valid till Jan 2019, 

1. Am I out of status now?

2. Can I search for a job and do H1B  transfer?

3. If H1 transfer is possible, do I need amendment petition details? 

4. Do I need to inform the new employer about H1 amendment denial? Is old petition sufficient for H1 transfer.

Please let,me know my options.

what was your wage level ? 

SOC code ? and degree

Wage level - III

SOC Code - 15-1121

Degree - Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication engineering.

This is as per original LCA(not amendment)
