Can visa stamp easily transferred to new passport of different nationality

Hello to all respected members,

My question is what is the process of transferring h1b visa stamp to another passport of different nationality? will this require petition amendment or just re-stamping is required? and if re-stamping is required this will be proper interview again or just sending the passports to the consulate for them to cancel current stamp and put new stamp on the new nationality passport? 

Last question can one travel on new nationality passport with old passport having the visa stamp ?

Thanks JoeF, so you are pretty sure that this will not put the petition approval at a risk ? no petition amendment is required just another visa stamping interview is required ? I have contacted the consulate also and they said you need to apply for a new visa and I hope that means just stamping interview not a whole new petition again.
