vinbl
Hi, My H1B transfer is filed under premium on Feb 14 but the attorney has not yet received the receipt. Also, attorney checked with Finance, the check has not been encashed too. Per my research, the receipt should be issued within 2-3 business days. Anybody knows what might be happening? Attorney says that the package might be lost in the mail room. Has anybody come across this type of issue. How to deal with this? Should Attorney resend the package? Looking for guidance here.. Thanks, Vin Quote Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
IS the employer/attorney sure that the package was delivered? attorney should do a quick check with USCIS, if he is sure that package was delivered. Quote Link to comment
Centepede
Employer attorneys have access to call the USCIS Shipment receiving party. Quote Link to comment
