I got an offer from company B and company B filed H1B transfer in premium processing this week and I got the receipt No only till now & in the mean time I got an offer from big company C and don't want to loose it. I am planning to join company C and Company C will take 3-4 weeks from now to file my H1B transfer.I have the below questions. Please help. 1. Do I need to inform company C about my ongoing transfer with company B, and share case receipt no with them? Also, If my transfer with company B gets approved, do I need to get approved I-797 from them, to initiate my transfer with company C? Also, If my transfer with company B gets RFE, Will it be problem, to initiate my transfer with company C, before this RFE gets approved? 3. If I don't inform company C, anything about company B transfer, will I have any issues in future? Quote Link to comment
