H1B approved with old I94-now having new I94.Please help.

Hi,

I was working for a company A when I got an offer from company B .

Company B filed for my H1b Transfer on the basis of my old I94 of company A's H1B.

I recently went to India and got my old H1b petetion stamped and came back to US with a new I 94.

Now ,My new H1b petetion got approved ,wchich is having my old I94 .

Now that I have a new I 94 ,what should I do?

Is it ok for me to join the company B based on the approved petetion having the old I 94.

Please let me know .

I am in same situation but i was not out of the country....i went to india injan and came back on March1st...with new i94..and applied h1 Extension In June 2012 and approval today...but with Old I94 which was there with me before going to india...
