My H4 extension petition was filed on Sep.18th 2017. How long can I stay in the US before I go out and get my visa stamped? Please help me. Would like to know how long can H4 visa holder stay here after I-94 Expired while H4 Extension petition is still pending? My dependents H4 Expired in Aug 8th 2017. H4 Extension Petition filed on May 30 2017 and case is still pending. Quote Link to comment
