Whoiami Posted February 26, 2018 Report Share Posted February 26, 2018 Hi team I went to India for vacation and while I was coming back the cbp gave me a violation penalty of 300 dollars that I paid immediately. The officer was bit rude and said the violation will impact h1 renewals hereafter. Anyways the violation is tagged with my passport and I am a h4 dependent. Will there be any implications in the future visa extension or gc process due to this? Please help Quote Link to comment
