Deepshika
Hello, I am currently working in united states on a H1-b. I have filed for my GC under a skilled worker EB1A catagory. Please answer/suggest for my following questions. 1. after receiving my EAD and AP can i still renew my H1-B working visa under my current company? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. If you want to. But why? If you are worried about the I-140, keeping H1 time in reserve may be a good idea. Counter Intuitive, I know. Quote Link to comment
Deepshika
1. How much changes are these days for a eb1-a case for an approval. 2. my company does not know that i have filed for my gc under eb1-c. as you dont need an employer so i filed from my end. 3. if my i-140 gets approved then can i still continue to work under my current h1-b. pontevecchio
1. The chances depend entirely on your credentials and to a smaller extent to the presentation by the Lawyer. He must have given you an idea of your chances. 2. As long as you have the credentials and a GOOD Lawyer involved, you can but wait for the result. 3. Yes,. Best of luck. Once approved you can move on to bigger and better career areas. Edited February 27, 2018 by pontevecchio Quote Link to comment
