ajayritik
My spouse's i129 (H1 b) got denied , the employer through whom the petition was filed has indicated that he has yet to receive the Denial Reason letter from USCIS. He is requesting me to ask my wife to send email to USCIS to post the Denial Letter to his office address. My question here is will the USCIS send the denial letter only to the employer's office and not to any residential address. I would want to have the request to send the denial letter to my address in US instead of the Employer address. However I'm thinking maybe USCIS may not send it to a resident. Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated. Link to comment
JoeF
The H1 is the employer's petition, so only the employer or his lawyer can contact USCIS and get any notices. Link to comment
